Step 2 - 3D CAD Design:
• CAD Modelling: Use CAD software to create a detailed 3D model of the ring.
• Design Adjustments: Make revisions based on client feedback and technical requirements.
• Render the Design: Create photorealistic renders of the ring to showcase different angles and details to the client.
Step 3 - Client Approval:
• Client Review: Present the final 3D renderings to the client for approval.
• Final Design Adjustments: Make any last changes as requested by the client.
Step 4 - 3D Printing :
• 3D Printing: Create a wax or resin model of the ring using a 3D printer for physical inspection.
• Client Approval of Prototype: Allow the client to see and approve the prototype before moving to production.
Step 5 - Casting and Setting:
• Metal Casting: Use the approved CAD model to cast the ring in the desired metal (gold, platinum, etc.).
• Stone Setting: An expert jeweller sets the diamond(s) and any other gemstones.
Step 6 -Finishing and Polishing::
• Finishing: Refine the metalwork, including polishing, engraving, or adding any final touches.
• Quality Control: Inspect the ring to ensure it meets all specifications and client requirements.
Step 7 - Delivery:
• Ring Delivery: Deliver the bespoke diamond ring to the client, along with any certification for the diamonds.
This process ensures the client is involved at every key stage, from design to delivery, ensuring the final ring is exactly as desired.
